| Prints are light, blurry, grainy, spotty, have bands of ink or horizontal lines, contain white spots (missing ink), vertical lines are jagged, lack shadows and contrast, are patchy, are darker than expected, shadows lack detail, black and white images have a colour tint or appear coarse | You may be out of ink Your print heads are dirty | Refill your cartridges/tank system Perform nozzle check and cleaning up to three (3) times then wait 2- 3 hours to allow the ink to resoluablize and repeat cleaning procedure |
